Size: 1" to 10" Working Pressure : 6BAR to 25 BAR Working Temperature: -196 to 230 degrees centigrade

Chemical hoses are chemically compatible and mechanically engineered for those chemicals and acids which do not affect the PTFE lining and the polypropylene coated steel / stainless steel inner wire. There are two different types, depending on pressure and application namely

Chemical hose-SGT:

Light duty	CHL10-SGT	tank truck, railcar and in plant transfer
Standard duty	CHS14-SGT	heavy duty marine operations and ship
		and barge loading and unloading

Branding: Black letter on light blue strip

Evernew SGT chemical hoses are produced and tested according international standards like EN 13765:2010

Maximum elongation	10% on proof pressure
Proof pressure	1.5x maximum working pressure
Electrical resistance	≤2,5 ohm/m for sizes less than 50 mm.≤1,0 ohm/m for the 50 mm size and above sizes.
Maximum twist	≤10° /m
Vacuum range	0,9 bar
Min. burst pressure	4x working pressure (safety fact 4:1)
Temperature range	-30°C up to +80°C
