Product Description
The size of composite hose is from 1 inch to 10 inches, the working pressure is from 6BAR to 25 BAR and the working temperature is from -196°C to 230°C. Adopting multiple kinds of polymer seal and barrier materials, composite hose is able to transfer high-risk materials under extremely severe condition.
The hose boy consists of multi layers of functional polymer films and synthetic fiber fabric reinforced layers and is fastened by inner-layer spiral metal wire and outer-layer spiral metal wire.Inner spiral steel wire: According to the characteristic of the medium delivered by the hose, stainless steel, hot galvanized steel, aluminum steel, polypropylene or Teflon clad steel wire is adopted.Outer spiral steel wire: Hot galvanized steel wire or stainless steel wire is generally adopted.
Inside liner: It provides the performance of chemical medicine corrosion resistance and chemical liquid barrier property for the hose, playing a key role in ensuring hose quality. According to the characteristic of the delivered medium, more than ten functional materials such as modified Teflon (PTFE), nylon and crosslinked polyethylene are generally adopted. By cooperating with international famous material suppliers, has developed multiple kinds of functional materials. Through compounding by exclusive technology, it makes hose which has excellent fatigue resistance, chemical liquid medicine corrosion resistance, near-zero permeability of chemical liquid medicine and high safety.

Modified polypropylene has excellent chemical stability and is inert to most acids, alkalis, salts and oxidants. For example, it is stable in 102°C strong phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, 40% sulfuric acid and other saline solutions and only changes in a small number of strong oxidizers such as fuming sulphuric acid. As nonpolar compound, POLYPROPYLENE is very stable in polar solvent. For example, it does not swell in alcohol, phenol, aldehyde, ketone and most carboxylic acids. POLYPROPYLENE has environmental stress cracking resistance better than that of PE and generates no stress crack in many solvents and detergents. POLYPROPYLENE has outstanding flexural fatigue resistance. The hinge made from it does not break down after 70 million times of folding and bending. POLYPROPYLENE also has good creep resistance.
Teflon
The inner layer of the hose adopts PTFE, a fluoropolymer material. PTFE has PE’s chemical structure that all hydrogen atoms are completely replaced by fluorine atoms and the high polymer long-chain structure with the molecular weight of 2 million to 10.2 million. Fluorine atom has strong chemical bonding force and excellent chemical performance. Except fluoride, chlorine trifluoride and molten alkali metal, it has resistance to all other chemicals and is not influenced by various acids, alkalis, oxidants or organic solvents, boasting excellent chemical resistance. Safety performance:
